Privacy Policy

Prodify ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by David N. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Prodify at prodify.cc.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Prodify:

• Account information — your email address and username when you sign up
• Profile information — your display name and profile photo (optional)
• App data — tasks, journal entries, habits, calendar events, notes, and projects you create inside Prodify
• Usage data — anonymized analytics about which features you use, collected via Umami Analytics
• Payment information — if you subscribe to Prodify Pro, payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Prodify service
• To sync your data across devices (Pro users)
• To send you transactional emails (sign-in links, subscription receipts)
• To understand which features are used most and improve the product
• To process payments and manage your subscription

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Data is stored on servers in the United States. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is only accessible to you.

4. Third-Party Services

Prodify uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com)
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in with Google (accounts.google.com)
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing for Pro subscriptions (lemonsqueezy.com)
• Umami Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (umami.is)
• Anthropic — AI Daily Planner feature for Pro users (anthropic.com)
• EmailJS — transactional email delivery (emailjs.com)
• Cloudinary — media hosting (cloudinary.com)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Prodify does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Umami Analytics is cookie-free and does not track you across websites. We use browser localStorage to save your session and preferences.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. Pro subscribers' payment records may be retained by Lemon Squeezy as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time via the Export feature in Prodify settings
• Delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us
• Opt out of analytics (Umami respects Do Not Track browser settings)

8. Children's Privacy

Prodify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Prodify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
