Welcome to Prodify. By accessing or using Prodify at prodify.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using Prodify, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using Prodify on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at prodifysupport@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use another person's account without their permission. You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing or misusing the service.
You agree not to use Prodify to:
You retain full ownership of all content you create in Prodify — your tasks, journal entries, habits, notes, and other data. We do not claim any rights over your content.
By using Prodify, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
Prodify offers a free plan with access to core features. The free plan includes limits on certain features (such as the number of habits). We reserve the right to modify the features available on the free plan with reasonable notice.
Prodify Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. By subscribing:
The AI Daily Planner is a Pro feature powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. By using this feature:
We aim to keep Prodify available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information. You can export your data at any time from the Settings page. Pro subscribers have access to automatic 7-day cloud backup history.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
Prodify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prodify and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, by email. Continued use of Prodify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
